Pickup and Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at Diwan Al-Dhahab Store. To ensure your continued trust, we have explained our delivery and pickup policy. Upon completing your order, you will select your preferred pickup method. Please read the policy carefully and contact us if you have any further questions not addressed here.

Pick-up from the branch:

• When you choose to pick up from a branch, you will select the branch you want to pick up from.
• Collection from the branch after 72 working hours during working hours from 10 am to 5 pm or when the order status changes, whichever comes first.
• Bring your ID. Your application will be received from the branch after the national ID has been verified.
• Please check the details of the order invoice as it is proof of purchase.

Shipping and delivery:

When you choose shipping, delivery will be within 24 hours of order shipment to 5 days within Jeddah, and within 72 hours to 15 working days for the rest of the Kingdom’s cities. Note that there are remote areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that are only shipped to once a week and it may take up to 15 days.
