  • The invoice contains the customer's name, mobile number, and ID number.
  • The name of the person making the transfer must match the name of the invoice's source.
  • The company has the right to reject a customer's request if two or more requests are made and one transfer is attached to one request.
  • If two or more requests are made and one transfer is attached, the first request will be approved.
  • The customer can choose to pick up from the branch or have it delivered via secure shipping.
  • The product cannot be returned after twenty-four hours from receiving the order. The product can be returned within twenty-four hours if there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect, only by returning the product to the branch from which the order was received.
  • In rare cases, such as a shipment being lost by the shipping company, the process will be reviewed within thirty working days from the date the shipping company is notified of the loss of the shipment, and then the amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • If the order amount differs from the transfer amount, the difference will be refunded to the customer, or the customer will be asked to transfer the remaining amount to complete the order.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be returned to the customer's account within one business week.
  • Arabic is the language to be used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
